Where is The Grand Lake Resorts located, and how do we reach it?+
We are beautifully situated right on the banks of the Cauvery River in Poolampatti, near Salem, Tamil Nadu (often fondly called our region's "Kutty Kerala").
By Road: We are easily accessible by car from Salem (approx. 40-45 km) and Erode (approx. 40-45 km)
By Train/Air: The nearest major railway junctions are Erode and Salem, and the closest airport is Salem Airport or Coimbatore International Airport.
What are the standard Check-in and Check-out timings?+
Check-in Time: 2:00 PM
Check-out Time: 12:00 NOON
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may incur an additional charge. Please contact our front desk in advance to make requests.
Do all your rooms feature private dip pools?+
We offer a variety of curated accommodations to suit different travel styles. While our premium luxury Rooms feature exclusive private dip pools and Garden, we also offer spacious family Rooms. You can compare features on our "Rooms" page before booking.
What dining options are available at the resort?+
Our premier in-house multi-cuisine restaurant, The Big Fish Restaurant, specializes in freshly caught, locally sourced fish dishes alongside a diverse menu of both VEG & NON VEG South Indian, North Indian, and Tandoori delicacies. We also offer premium in-room dining services if you prefer to eat in the privacy of your room or garden.
Can you arrange special setups like candlelight dinners or birthday decor?+
Absolutely! We love helping our guests celebrate milestones. We offer custom Birthday/Anniversary Room Decor (including floating pool setups), private Riverside Candlelight Dinners, and custom cake deliveries. Because these require meticulous planning, we kindly ask that you book these experiences at least 24 to 48 hours in advance.
